The Law of Attraction

The law of attraction is the name given to the belief that “like attracts like” and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, one can bring about positive or negative results. This belief is based upon the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from pure energy, and the belief that like energy attracts like energy. So for example of you worry about debt you will attract more bills, if you think about lots of money you will attract more money.

The law of attraction states that everything that happens, yes, everything is attracted by you, the good stuff and the bad stuff, the gifts, the arguments, the debts, the romances all of it. You are like a big magnet and you attract what you send out, and when you have thoughts that contain the word ‘don’t’ the universe sends you just what you don’t want, the energy of your thoughts attracts the subject you send. So I really don’t want to be late is responded to as I will be late. The law of attraction states that it only takes a few negative thoughts in your day to attract something you don’t want into your life. So how do you use the law of attraction?

Mediate every day and become aware of your feelings are they up or down? Your feelings are a sure sign of what you are thinking if you feel bad you will be thinking sad thoughts and therefore attracting negative outcomes. It’s like a big loop, your thoughts are sent to the universe which magnetically attaches them to a frequency, which is returned to you as a feeling. You can’t always feel good, but you need to grab those moments and milk them, the better you feel the more positivity you attract. The more you meditate the more aware you will be of your feelings and the easier it becomes to change your negative feelings to good ones.

Be absolutely sure about what you want to order from the universe and you may want to start small like a parking space so you can see the law of attraction working . If you’re not clear the results you will get will muddled too. Now it’s time to ask the universe for what you want, send a picture of out what you desire and make sure you are in the picture too. So if it’s a car you want you should be sat in the car driving it.

Now it’s time to believe you will get what you ordered, don’t order it again the following day, simply sit back and believe it will be delivered. Feel like you would if you had just ordered your clothing from a catalogue, you would be absolutely sure it was on its way. How the universe will deliver what you want is not down to you, it may come from someone else, it may come from somewhere else just believe the law of attraction will bring it to you.

Now it’s time to be grateful for what you are going to receive. Start with “I am so happy and grateful now that…” and finish the sentence (or paragraph) telling the Universe what it is that you want. Write it in the present tense as if you have it right now. The law of attraction will pick up you have the energy of already having your desires and send more of them to you.

Then you simply have to feel like you have received it. You need to feel like it is already here. You must act, speak, and think as if you are receiving it now. This is actually the most important, powerful step in using the Law of Attraction because this is where it starts working and then the universe will manifest this thought and feeling and you will receive it.

Make sure while you are feeling like you have received your order that are being you are grateful for what you have got and what you want. If you are grateful to the universe for what you have it will start to send you even more things to be grateful for (like attracts like).

So it’s all about how you feel about yourself, order your prefect body but remain positive and respectful of the one you have, order more cash but feel like you already have it and so on. It’s a really good idea to set up a vision board with all the things you want displayed prominently in your home so you can concentrate on them every day and start your day off feeling good. If you have a really good day or experience that makes you so happy try to hold on to the feeling, so if you are feeling back you can remember this time to change your vibrations back to good ones.
