The more we try to stop a habit, feeling or fear the more we become concious of it. Just think about a diet, what’s on your mind all day – FOOD! The universe works that way too, the more we think about debt the more we get, the more we thing about loneliness the more lonely we become.

If we want to change we have to find the positive thought pattern, so for example if you are on that diet think about fitness and health every time you you want to think of food or instead of debt think about abundance.
