Your vibration, your perception of life, the pattern of your thoughts and actions, is what creates your world. You can raise your energy and use it to make your life better by becoming conscious of your thoughts. Everything you think, say, or feel, becomes your reality. So pay attention to what’s going on in your mind and take steps to turn things around when appropriate. When next a negative thought pops into your head, take the time to acknowledge it, ask yourself if the idea is true or if it is beneficial to you, and then dismiss it and turn it around for the positive. Your emotions and behaviour are directly connected to the way you perceive your life and your circumstances.
Look for inspiration. Beauty is all around us, yet so often we don’t see it. Stop rushing for a moment and take the time to look around or stand in the sun and appreciate your surroundings. Meditation can make you to raise your vibration because it helps your concentration and allows you to accept your emotions without judging them or yourself. It will help you to recharge your physical and emotional batteries, and the better rested you are, the more effective and calm you will be.
Work on being open minded and let go of judgement. If we are highly judgmental, we will easily reject ourselves and other people. Self improvement is motivated by the possibility of knowing your true essence, including your flaws, allowing you to have greater compassion, both for others and also for yourself. Positive emotions give you energy, while negative emotions takes your energy away. When you are motivated and full of positivity, you radiate energy and enthusiasm.
Reading and telling yourself positive phrases can also raise your vibration by allowing you to increase your self confidence and reach a stage, where you can change and improve negative situations that holds you back in life. We usually have a low vibration because we get attached to old habits and negative thoughts, but we need to keep in mind that only when we embrace positivity we can be happier.
Meditation and mindfulness are very important to balance our emotions and lift our spirits. If you are feeling low, take a moment to look at how you feel, what you are thinking, and what is going on around you in order to balance your emotions. If your mind wanders into criticism or worrying, take notice and gently redirect it to sensations in the present moment. Write down the things you are grateful for. Making a gratitude list shifts your vibration from focusing on what you don’t have to what is already abundant in your life. And that sends out a message to the universe that you want more to be positive. Every day, reserve a few minutes to go to a quiet place and focus on the beautiful things in your life. Visualise relaxing things, such as a calm beach, a deserted island or a country road. Your outlook in life improves when you understand the importance of your own energy levels and when you focus on living a more peaceful and happy life. Remember that enlightenment comes from within.
Before you go to bed at night, remind yourself of the positive things that happened during your day, and set an intention to enjoy the next day. Imagine wonderful things happening from the time you get up until you go to bed. You’ll be amazed at the impact this has on your outlook and experiences.
When you are aware of your own vibration you can find the real motives of your thoughts and actions. By analysing the circumstances that led up to negative emotions, you are able to control them, and eliminate them. If you learn to be mindful and not react immediately to facts, you can build up a pretty good sense of what deserves more research and what doesn’t even need your attention. Constantly remind yourself of your values, and about what you want in life. You need to silence the constant critical inner voice which reminds you of your mistakes, and focus on your qualities.
Use unpleasant feelings to change your focus in order to transform your life and gain self knowledge. Surround yourself with good energy, talk to positive people, read a motivational book, and you will feel your emotions change. Keep in mind that only when you understand your own feelings, you can change how you feel. When you reframe you feelings, you feel empowered. Laugh, listen to the music you love, connect to nature, do something that you love to do. All those things can improve your mood and raise your energetic state. Remember that only when your vibration is high you are equipped with strength to overcome any obstacle in your way.
